ABS-CBN actress Dimples Romana is serving looks in New York City after she got invited as a juror for the 2022 International Emmy Awards
Whether it is about winning an award or getting a nomination, there is no question that the Philippine entertainment industry progressed in its involvement in several award-giving bodies all over the world. Kapamilya actress Dimples Romana proved this right as she is currently in New York City, acting as a juror for the International Emmys for this year.
Kadenang Ginto’s Daniela Mondragon officially shared the news last June 2022 on Instagram. She expressed how honored and grateful she was for the opportunity to be able to serve again in the international awards. This is her second time as a juror because in 2020 Dimples also joined the jury in a virtual set-up.

According to the Emmys website, the 1,000 independent members of the jury are carefully selected television professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities to ensure the integrity of the competition.
The Kapamilya actress is well-known in the industry for her mastery in several dramatic shows and movies such as Kadenang Ginto, Viral Scandal, The Greatest Love, and One More Chance, making the actress an unquestionable fit for the role.
The International Emmy Awards already kicked off its festivities in New York City and Dimples is clearly enjoying the events as she shares her day-to-day activities on Instagram. Here are her five looks we’re loving so far.

The drama actress gave a strong and fiery aura to her chic look for the Emmys opening cocktails night. She was wearing a cape coat by Alexander Wang paired with a mid-length pleated skirt in the same color. She completed the look with YSL knee-high boots and a Louis Vuitton mini hard trunk as her clutch.

The Kapamilya actress captioned this look as tinatangi, a Filipino word that means one and only. The term perfectly describes her ‘fit as she was wearing a custom-made Filipiñana top by Gabbie Sarenas. The top has embroidered flowers and Tagalog sentences, which elevated the look’s expression of Filipino character.

Birthday look on film
Dimples Romana celebrated her 38th birthday in New York City. She thanked her supporters on Instagram with a vintage-themed photoshoot. The actress was wrapped in a massive striped Filipiñana dress with a flower-like train. Her beauty was even more evident because of the rays of light reflecting on her dress.
