Oscars 2026 Nominations: One Battle After Another Sinners and Sentimental Value Lead The Race

The Academy has released the much-awaited nominations for the 98th Academy Awards, or Oscars 2026. The event will be held on March 15, 2026. Comedian and late-night personality Conan O’Brien is set to host the ceremony for a second consecutive year. He had previously earned praise for an Oscars hosting debut that balanced clever humour with a clear affection for films.

As the nominations have been released, it is clear that One Battle After Another, Sinners and The Sentimental Value are leading the race. Marty Supreme isn't far behind too, with director Josh Safdie and actor Timothee Chalamet, both earning nominations in their respective categories. KPop: Demon Hunters has also been nominated for the Oscars.
