This year, the GRAMMYS On The Hill Awards honored Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) and Rep. María Salazar (R-FL), who have fought to advance the music community and the broader creative ecosystem. The event also featured exclusive performances from Cordae, the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Israel Houghton, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Maggie Rose & Grace Potter, and Molly Tuttle.
The Recording Academy's signature music advocacy and policy event in Washington, D.C., GRAMMYS On The Hill is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month. The annual event brings together music creators and lawmakers to advocate for legislation that strengthens creators' rights and protects the wider music industry.
Taking place Tuesday, April 21, through Thursday, April 23, 2026, the annual three-day event includes three key initiatives:

▶GRAMMYS On The Hill Advocacy Day: Brings Grammy winners and Grammy nominees, songwriters, producers, and music advocates to Capitol Hill to meet with lawmakers to discuss the most pressing issues facing creators today
▶GRAMMYS On The Hill Future Forum: A live conference highlighting the importance of building sustainable and equitable music communities
