RAYE has been announced as the latest artist set to perform at the 2026 BRIT Awards.

The 2026 edition will see the BRITs headed to Manchester and hosted at the Co-op Live – the first time it has been held outside of London in its nearly 50-year history.

Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, HUNTR/X’s EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI, Wolf Alice, Mark Ronson, Alex Warren, Sombr, and Rosalía have already been announced as performers, and viewers at home will be able to watch the ceremony live on both ITV and on YouTube.

Now, RAYE has also been added to the line-up, and will be taking to the stage as well.

It comes as the singer is up for two awards this year, Song of the Year with Mastercard for ‘Where Is My Husband’ and Pop Act. It also follows her making BRITs history in 2024 by breaking the record for the most nominations in a single year and subsequently breaking the record for most wins in one night.

Since then, she has secured a Grammy win, a Number One on the UK Singles Chart for ‘Where Is My Husband’ and announced her upcoming album ‘This Music May Contain Hope’.

“We are so grateful to the BRIT Awards for having us back on their stage. Me and the band are very excited. Lots of love, RAYE,” she shared in a new statement.

Among those already announced as winners this year are Jacob Alon, who has been confirmed as the winner of the 2026 BRITs Critics’ Choice Award, and Mark Ronson, who has been recognised for his Outstanding Contribution to Music.

Noel Gallagher, will also be attending the event after Oasis’ huge ‘Live ‘25’ reunion tour, and has been awarded the Songwriter Of The Year award, while PinkPantheress is the youngest recipient and first female winner of the Producer Of The Year award.

Jack Whitehall will return to host for the sixth time, and this year’s trophy has been designed by Matthew Williamson. Leading the way in terms of nominations are Olivia Dean, former NME Cover star Lola Young, Sam Fender, Lily Allen and rapper Jim Legxacy.

Organisers have also confirmed that DJ AG will be making a special appearance outside Manchester’s Piccadilly station this Friday (February 27), as part of the lead up to the event. He will be joined by R&B Act nominee Sasha Keable, in an exclusive set from 4pm-8pm.

For the first time this year, viewers at home will be able to watch the ceremony live on both ITV and on YouTube.

As for other RAYE news, ‘Where Is My Husband!’ became her second Number One in the UK and peaked at Number 13 in the US. It was named as one of the best songs of 2025 by NME, and was described as a “jazzy, soul-pop bop” that “showed off her formidable vocal chops with the help of a larger-than-life brass band”.

Her long-awaited new album will arrive on March 27, and the singer is currently on tour in celebration of the new release.
