This Rock Band’s MTV Unplugged Cover of a David Bowie Song Became Bigger Than the Original

It has been 32 years since one of the most iconic MTV Unplugged sessions of all time. Nirvana, fronted by the late Kurt Cobain, recorded a cover of a David Bowiesong for MTV Unplugged in 1993 after one of the members came across the song. The band recorded a cover of Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World", and the iconic cover became one of the greatest covers in music history.
