This 100% Rotten Tomatoes Western Was Snubbed at the Emmys Yet Again, but It's Still One of the Best Shows on TV

Well, it's that time of year again. While the annual Emmy Awards will take place later this year, the nominations for 2025 have already been announced. While there are plenty of talented individuals being platformed this year, one series in particular has once again been maligned in favor of shows with far less heart and originality. Bold words, yes, but when we're speaking of Zahn McClarnon and AMC's hit Western crime drama Dark Winds, there's no doubt that this series ought to be highlighted for its incredible performances, intricate plots, and the hard work of its cast and crew. It's a shame Dark Winds didn't receive a single Emmy nomination this season, but don't let that fool you — this show is worth every minute of your time.
