Russell Crowe’s New WWII Epic Still Trails His $60 Million Forgotten Fantasy Film at the Box Office

Russell Crowe’s new WWII movie recently wrapped up its second weekend in theaters at the box office, but it’s still trailing one of Crowe’s forgotten fantasy films domestically. At the time of writing, Nuremberg has grossed $8.4 million at the domestic box office, which is also its global total, as the film has yet to be released in international markets. This is still $4 million behind the $12.6 million grossed by Winter’s Tale, the 2014 fantasy romance film in which Crowe stars alongside Colin Farrell. It is, however, more than Crowe’s 2024 spy thriller, Land of Bad (Liam Hemsworth), which grossed only $4.6 million during a limited run.
