Almost as soon as the first two episodes of the brand-new Star Trek: Starfleet Academy debuted on January 15, the show was being torn down by audiences on several review aggregator sites. However, in the five days since, opinions have leveled out as the review bombing has calmed, leading to an ever-growing increase in the show's reception, albeit with eight episodes still to air between now and March 12.
