It's the holiday season, but also awards season once again, and the 31st annual Critics Choice Awards nominations are out to recognize the greatest achievements on both the big and small screens. For the television side of things, Netflix's smash hit series Adolescence continued its dominant run, scoring six nominations to lead all titles, including Best Limited series and five acting nods, including Stephen Graham for Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television, Owen Cooper and Ashley Walters for Supporting Actor, and Erin Doherty and Christine Tremarco for Supporting Actress. Following behind it with five is another of the streamer's big hits, Nobody Wants This, competing in the comedy category. It's an impressive showing for Netflix, which also has The Diplomat and Death by Lightning racking up four nominations apiece.
