SZA walked to the stage with the help of crutches at the Grammys and fans are wondering what happened to her.
The 32-year-old singer won the award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 2022 Grammy Awards on Sunday (April 3) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
SZA beat her collaborator Doja Cat to the stage, even despite the injury. That’s because Doja had to rush to the stage from the bathroom!

So, why was SZA on crutches?
SZA posed on the red carpet without the crutches earlier in the night and fans are questioning why she is wearing heels if she’s injured.
She explained backstage that she hurt herself before going to the show.
“I fell out of bed the day before I had to leave for the Grammys,” she told reporters backstage. “Whenever something big happens to me, something crazy happens too.”
