Tom Cruise has shared a special message to millions after making a memorable cameo at the Paris Closing Ceremony.
The Mission Impossible star, 62, took to social media shortly after his iconic Olympics appearance to share seven key words with his 12.3 million followers.
"Thank you, Paris! Now off to LA," he wrote, tagging the official Olympics and Los Angeles 2028 Instagram accounts.

The Hollywood legend posted a photo of himself inside the Stade de France where he performed his iconic Paris Closing Ceremony stunt.
After Grammy Award-winning artist H.E.R performed the US national anthem, Cruise made a celebrity cameo to kick off the LA 2028 Olympics handover segment.

The Top Gun star delighted fans around the world when he descended from the roof of the stadium on a harness to land amongst the crowd of athletes.

Cruise made his way onstage to collect the official Olympic flag from US gymnast Simone Biles, before riding off with it from the stadium and down the streets of Paris on a motorbike with the Eiffel Tower glittering in the background.

The actor pulled off his latest mission impossible as he flew the flag to Los Angeles on a plane and skydived it down the land at the foot of the Hollywood sign.
To close out his action sequence, Cruise said adieu and handed off the Olympic flag to US mountain biker Kate Courtney.
The LA 2028 handover then continued on to Venice Beach where the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre all came together to deliver memorable performances in anticipation for the next Olympics.
Of course many couldn't contain their excitement – and awe – at Cruise's show-stopping stunt that looked like something straight out of his action flicks.

"The closing ceremony was like watching a mission impossible film! Best part of the Olympics!😍😍😍" one fan commented under his selfie.
"In true Mission fashion," the official Mission Impossible movie account said.
"MISSION COMPLETE😎" the LA 2028 Olympics account wrote.
Meanwhile, actress Gwnedoline Christie left a single hands raised emoji in praise.
