Jeremy Allen White is a winner!
The 31-year-old actor accepted the award for Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy award for his portrayal of Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto in The Bear at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“My fellow nominees. I am in awe of you. I’m not sure where you are, but you’re all legends. It’s an honor just to have my name near yours, truly,” he said during the acceptance speech.

To the show’s cast and crew, he said: “You changed my life. I am incredibly, incredibly grateful.”
He beat out Steve Martin, Bill Hader, Martin Short and Donald Glover in the category, which was also his first Golden Globes nomination.
Jeremy Allen White was hard at work filming on his upcoming movie at the end of 2022. It’s called The Iron Claw, and follows the rise and fall of the Von Erich wrestling family. See his transformation!
