Tessa Thompson shared some shocking and “extraordinary” facts about her diet while attending the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday evening (March 12).
The 39-year-old Creed III actress revealed her thoughts on eggs, and said that she had “never” tried a hamburger before.
She also fessed up to loving one specific vegetable, which called her opinion on eggs into question.

“I’ve never had a hamburger in my life,” she told Vanity Fair while on the red carpet, adding, “It’s the only thing extraordinary that I can still claim.”
Despite that, she’s not a vegetarian: “I eat other things, I’ve just never had a hamburger.”
Tessa shared that she recently tried her first egg but was not enthused by the experience.
“I had never had one of those. I don’t think they’re great,” she said, adding that she didn’t appreciate how versatile they were. “It’s like, pick a lane,” she said.
She was put on the spot after admitting that she “loves” potatoes, an equally versatile kitchen staple.
