Kareena Kapoor Khans new book is a personal account of her pregnancy

New mother Kareena Kapoor Khan has just announced the launch of her new book. The actress who gave birth to a son in February this year, has revealed that she has been working on her "Pregnancy Bible" and that this book is a personal account of her life during pregnancy. "This has been quite the journey… both my pregnancies and writing my Pregnancy Bible. There were good days and bad days; some days I was raring to go to work and others where I struggled to get out of bed. This book is a very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally through both my pregnancies," Kareena revealed in her caption while also sharing a video.

In the video, Kareena says "what's baking" and then proceeds to take the book out of the oven and reveals that this is what has been baking. The actress looks lovely in a red dress in the video.

"In many ways, this book is like my third child… from conception to its birth today. Published by @juggernaut.in and the amazing @chikisarkar, I’m proud to share that my Pregnancy Bible is vetted and approved by FOGSI, India's official body of gynecologists and obstetricians, along with the help of several expert voices like @rujuta.diwekar, Dr. Sonali Gupta, and Dr. Prabha Chandra of NIMHANS. I’m both excited and nervous to share this with you," she added in the caption.

Kareena has worked throughout her pregnancy and this fact was appreciated by ace actor Neena Gupta who insisted that Kareena launch her autobiography, Sach Kahun Toh. Neena Gupta had said that she admired how Kareena Kapoor Khan had lived her life on her own terms.
