Jennifer Lopez has reportedly filed for divorce following two years of marriage to Ben Affleck.
Variety and People have confirmed Lopez filed on Tuesday August 20 in L.A. County Superior Court with the official separation date listed as April 26.
According to reports from TMZ, the singer filed 'pro per', meaning she filed by herself, without an attorney.

The pair tied the knot in July 2022 in a Las Vegas ceremony after re-sparking their romance from decades prior.
They later held a larger ceremony to celebrate their marriage on August 20, 2022. Meaning Lopez filed for divorce exactly two years after their wedding.
Rumours have run rampant over the past few months with fans speculating the Lopez and Affleck's marriage was on the rocks.
It all started earlier this year when the couple hadn't been seen together for 47 days.

They made their highly anticipated public appearance on May 16, 2024, stepping out together in New York City for the fist time since March 30, 2024.
They then made a series of lowkey appearances together, all the while 'unnamed sources' were hinting to various media outlets that their relationship was close to over.
On June 8, TMZ reported the couple were selling their Beverly Hills home, which they had purchased just months after their wedding.
That combined with the fact Lopez cancelled her This Is Me... Live tour to "take time off to be with her children, family and close friends" had the rumour mill going wild.

In late June, Lopez was seen on vacation in Italy without Affleck, who was pictured back home in Los Angeles without his wedding ring on.
For months fans have speculated, but now according to reports from various media outlets, it seems the decades-long love story of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez is really over.
