Janet Jackson is seemingly paying tribute to her past.
The 56-year-old music legend appeared to style herself in homage to her 1986 album Control while attending the 37th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Microsoft Theater on Saturday night (November 5) in Los Angeles.
She wore her hair an an asymmetrical, tall style that referenced the iconic album’s cover. Janet also styled herself in a black pantsuit with strong shoulders and a collar, all of which also seemed to be a throwback.

Janet was on hand to induct Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis to the Hall of Fame. She was inducted herself in 2019.
