Fans and stars alike are eagerly awaiting the 2025 Emmy Awards – one of the biggest nights in Hollywood.
And comedian and this year's host, Nate Bargatze, 46, has made some promises ahead of the show.
While some hosts typically tend to speak out or make some controversial comments at Award ceremomies, Bargatze has vowed not to make this year's Emmys political.

His comments come after Charlie Kirk's assassination at a Utah college campus made international headlines.
"Not at all," he said when asked if there would be political comments by Entertainment Weekly.
"I know there's heartbreaking stuff that's been happening right now, but I want this night to be an escape and I think that's why I was brought on.

"I think a lot of people are watching, I know they watch my stand-up for that reason, so I just don't wanna break that trust that I have in them, and just make the night be a fun night."
"We were never really gonna do anything [political] to begin with," he added.
Bargatze hails from Nashville, Tennessee and is taking over hosting duties this year, after father and son duo and Schitt's Creek stars Eugene and Dan Levy hosted in 2024.
