Denise Richards' second husband Aaron Phypers has filed for divorce after six years of marriage.
Multiple US publications report Phypers, 52, filed the paperwork on July 7 in Los Angeles.
According to documents obtained by E! News, the reason for their split was "irreconcilable differences" and the date of the separation was July 4.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star last shared an image with Phypers in April on Instagram, while they appeared at a red carpet event together in May.
The former couple are currently starring on their family reality TV show together, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, alongside her daughters Sami, 21, Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13.
Richards, 54, shares Sami and Lola with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, 59, while she and Phypers adopted Eloise in 2019.

The couple had wed in a lavish Malibu ceremony in 2018, a ceremony so huge it featured on an episode of Real Housewives.
Before that, Phypers was married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan but it was a union that lasted less than a year.
Richards recently made rare comments about her first marriage to Sheen in an episode of her reality series, describing it as one of the most challenging periods of her life.
The couple were married from 2002 until 2006.

"Charlie and I were married for four-and-a-half years before I filed," she explained.
"He had been sober for about four years and very committed to his sobriety, and I never thought someone that committed could fall off and fall back into that because I, at the time, hadn't really been around it.
"Right after I got pregnant with Lola, it started to turn fast."
"One day, he went to work – there was an awful evening the night before – and I packed my s--t, packed Sami's stuff, called my housekeeper to come, and we went to the Beverly Hills Hotel, and I filed for divorce in between dropping them off at the hotel and a table reading."
Richards also shared how remaining amicable with Sheen for the sake of their children was her top priority.
"I would tell Charlie, 'I don't care if you hate me,'" she remembered.

"You can think what you want to think about me. When we are at a birthday party, or a horse show, or a school function, can we please just fake it and be so kind and loving to each other in a respectful way so that the kids feel loved?'"
"At the end of the day, what really matters? It's my daughters and my family, and that's all I care about," she added.
Sheen, who is also a father to three other children from other relationships, has been sober since 2017.
