Ciara hits the red carpet in a hot lace dress at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (September 12) at the Barclays Center in New York City.
The 35-year-old singer and mom of three wore a see through lace dress with a sexy cutout and thigh slit for the show, where she’ll be presenting at later in the night.
