Yash Chopra's Dil To Pagal Hai, a film that defined romance for a generation, has completed 28 years since its release. The musical that gave us moments like "Aur paas..." and timeless tracks such as Are Re Are and Bholi Si Surat, starred Shah Rukh Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles. The film emerged as the highest-grossing film of 1997 and bagged several accolades. At the 43rd Filmfare Awards, the film landed 11 nominations and took home 7 awards, making it the most-awarded film at the ceremony in 1998.
Dil To Pagal Hai won the Best Film Award, Best Actor for SRK, Best Actress for Madhuri Dixit, and Best Supporting Actress for Karisma Kapoor. Aditya Chopra took home the Black Lady in the Best Dialogue category, and Sharmistha Roy won the Best Art Direction Award. While Uttam Singh won the Best Music Director Award.
After winning their trophies, the trio struck some fun poses in front of the cameras. SRK put the Black Lady on his head and urged Karisma and Madhuri to do the same.

About Dil Toh Pagal Hai
Dil Toh Pagal Hai is a romantic musical directed by Yash Chopra. It explores love, friendship, and destiny through the world of dance. The core theme and message of the film is that someone, somewhere, is made for you.
It follows Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan), a passionate choreographer, and Pooja (Madhuri Dixit), a graceful dancer who dreams of finding her soulmate. When Pooja joins Rahul’s dance troupe to replace Nisha (Karisma Kapoor), their creative partnership slowly blossoms into love, complicating things for both Nisha, who is Rahul's best friend and in love with him, and Pooja’s fiancé, Ajay (Akshay Kumar).
