Vestido refines the act of sustainability in the name of fashion with its mindful sartorial process of renting pieces, earning the said title at the MEGA Fashion Awards 2024. Apart from offering a selection of stylish numbers for every occasion, the brand carries pieces by Filipino designers and brands—a testament that dressing up can achieve a balance of both style and sensibility.

Cultural Impact Award: SB19 and BINI

SB19 and BINI are this year’s Cultural Impact awardees for their established power to impact the lives of their fans and audience through many ways—fashion being one of them. Much like MEGA’s commitment to champion Filipino talent, they, too, share this promise not only in their outstanding performances but also by wearing Filipino designers and brands.

Hailed as this generation’s game changers in the realm of music and entertainment, the boy and girl groups have impacted the lives of Filipinos through their grit since their trainee days until today. SB19 and BINI birthed a new era of P-Pop by producing and releasing music exploring genres such as R&B, hip-hop, and bubblegum pop, as well as concepts such as success, self-love, and grit. From sold-out concerts to back-to-back appearances and endorsements, they have cemented their undeniable influence in the Philippines and in different parts of the world. With BINI’s and SB19’s perseverance and determination, they are inspiring their fellow Filipinos, raising a generation of inspired youth, and shaping the culture of artists and fans like no other.

The Best Tech-Driven Creative: Vince Uy

Vince Uy received the Best Tech-Driven Creative recognition tonight for translating his vision through the help of artificial intelligence (AI). In his experience as a creative director, he has learned to adapt with the modern advancements of technology by using them to further strengthen his creativity and artistry. Uy’s recognition comes with the realization that the human touch remains to be a vital part of craftsmanship even with the contemporary innovations of AI in our world today.

MEGA Personality of the Year: Michelle Marquez Dee

Each path that Michelle Marquez Dee takes is always anchored towards purpose and advocacy. Filipino pride has become a part of everything that she does, from her Miss Universe journey to her new modeling career in New York. MEGA applauded the multi-hyphenate‘s continuous efforts to live her life with passion and purpose, earning her the title of Personality of the Year.
